Liam Clench

Partner – Cost Consultant

Liam joined the practice as a school leaver in 1999 and has progressed through the firm to achieve Associate status in July 2015. Mainly involved in Local Authority education projects, Liam has worked on projects with the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Bexley, Croydon, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey, Greenwich and Tower Hamlets. He has a detailed knowledge of the JCT Suite of Contracts and has worked on various forms of procurement including Traditional, Single and Two Stage Design and Build.
