Thamesview School

Thamesview school is a 6th form secondary school with approximately 896 students aged 11 – 18. A new block teaching block was proposed between the existing math and languages block as well as the vocational centre.

The new block forms a new dedicated science department, allowing existing science provision in the main building to be reconfigured for other subjects. The classrooms to be provided in the new building are as follows:

  • Science Classrooms
  • Science Preparation Lab & Chemical Store
  • Staff Work Room
  • Specialist Storage
  • Additional General Storage

Playle & Partners provided CDMA services for RIBA Stages 4 – 6 on this project.
