St Olave’s Grammar School Roof Replacement Project – Phase 3

Playle & Partners LLP acted as Building Surveyor / Contract Administrator and Principal Designer on Phase 3 roof replacement project at St Olave’s Grammar School. We were invited by the school to visit and inspect the existing flat roofs, an earlier phase had already been undertaken the previous year with further phases highlighted for the coming years as funding became available.

The insulation levels were increased in line with current Building Regulations and other associated works such as plumbing, electrical, drainage and lift installations were included in the package of works. Works were completed on time and within budget.

Playle & Partners LLP are currently working on the Phase 4 of reroofing works, working again with Langley.
