St Olave’s Grammar School Roof Replacement – Phase 5

Following the successful completion of Phase 4 of the roof replacement works at St Olave’s Grammar School, we again worked with Langley on this ongoing roofing and associated works programme.

Works included the removal of the existing felt bitumen roof system to the Caretakers House, Site team office, and some of the other main roofs. The roofs were then replaced with a Langley 3 layer TA-25 Warm roof BUR Overlay Felt system. Langley provided a 25 year guarantee on all of the new roofs following sign off from technical team at completion. Further works were carried out to bring back to life one of the original Timber framed single glazed roof lights, through various timber repairs, treatments and re-decs.

P&P completed site visits throughout the project and held monthly meetings with the client to ensure they were kept up to date with the progress of the works.

With a robust quality assurance process in place, P&P conducted thorough site inspections and audits to ensure the highest standard of workmanship throughout the project. Langley also completed weekly site visits to ensure their system was installed correctly.
