Conversion of a historic Victorian building (former hospital and then a hostel) to 6 No. luxury apartments. The works included full strip-out, structural alterations, re-roofing, replacement of hanging tiles and windows, installation of new water, gas and electrical supplies, installation of water distribution and foul water drainage, electrical re-wiring, installation of mechanical ventilation, kitchens and bathrooms fit-out, re-plastering, redecorations and hard landscaping.
