Award winning Beaulieu Park project which involved the development of open space into a new residential development in Rainham, Kent.

The new development comprises of 90 new dwellings with associated roads, parking, private gardens and public amenity space. The new dwellings comprise of a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom family homes.

The refurbishment of Quadrant Court Reception

The works comprised of the alteration, refurbishment and redecoration of the existing reception area at Quadrant Court. Some of the works included; new entrance doors and lobby, new secure entry/ exit doors, new reception counter and public meeting booths.
