JMB Leathermarket has commissioned Playle & Partners to Survey, Specify, Procure and Contract Manage refurbishment works to five residential multi story blocks on the Lawson Estate.
The works comprised;
- Roof refurbishment including the removal of Abestos
- Concrete repair works to external beams and walk ways
- Extensive cleaning and repairs to brickwork
- Refurbishment to the balcony railings and balustrading
- Drainage investigations and surveys
- Full External redecorations and redecoration of inernal and communal areas
- Fire safety works to the loft spaces
The roof refurbishment works include removal of all existing insulation, tiles and associated battens. The replacement includes for complete retiling in Redland Roof Plain tile with associated Eaves Vents, Valleys, Ridges and flashings.
