John Ball Primary School
The project involved a series of extensions and internal remodelling comprising of 6 classrooms, new entrance, administration, staff and senior management facilities and included hall and kitchen improvement works. The works enabled the expansion of the school from 2 forms of entry to 3 forms of entry to meet the demand for primary school places in the area. The school was originally built in 1953 and in 2001 a purpose built early years units was added and in 2010 a new music block was opened with a new year 6 block in 2011. The existing accommodation is split over two sites and located within the Blackheath Conservation Area.
