We would firstly like to reassure you that we are very much open for business and are continuing to provide a full service, operating with a core team out of our Head Office along with many staff working remotely. We have transferred across to remote working, where possible and we are fully operational and it is very much “business as usual”.

The Coronvirus / COVID-19 pandemic is proving a worrying and very fast-moving situation with a great deal of uncertainty. This last week has been unprecedented in both our work and home lives and the uncertainty of the past few weeks surrounding COVID-19 continues and has reaffirmed to us all the importance of the well-being and safety of our families, work colleagues and communities.

With cases of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) increasing daily Playle & Partners LLP have actively reviewed its readiness for business continuity, reviewing daily the Government Guidance and implementing the necessary steps to ensure the safety of our staff and their families – but also supporting our clients and team members – continuing to deliver the level of quality, service and timelines that you are accustomed to. However there may be a period of adjustment required by us all, so please bear with us while we all get used to this new way of working.

Combating this virus will require a national effort – we all have a role to play to slow its spread and protect the elderly and the vulnerable.

Actions taken

All our staff have the ability to work from home.

We have identified a core team to remain in the office to enable the majority of our staff to still work effectively and efficiently from home.

The majority of our staff are already working remotely in line with social distancing directives (where possible) and will continue business as usual, keeping in daily contact with; colleagues, clients, consultants and suppliers.

Meetings – Wherever possible, all meetings will be moved to online video or telephone conference calls. Face-to-face meetings are being kept to a minimum with our staff remaining contactable by email or phone should you wish to discuss your project or have any questions.

Work that cannot be managed remotely (print work) will be carried out as usual by a core team of staff identified to continue to man the office. If the Government guidance changes this will be reviewed.

Collections and deliveries to be isolated to one location of the building.

We will continue to monitor this situation daily
