Following on from the successful scheme at Tower Point, Playle & Partners LLP were once again appointed by Clarion Housing to provide Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer Services, working alongside Fox Curtis Murray to provide Clerk of Works services, on this project which comprises of recladding and associated external works to fourteen blocks within the Orchard Village estate in Rainham, East London. Fire improvement works to a number of residential buildings is also required to make existing properties complaint with building regulations. Additional works include timber replacement to balconies. Works are being undertaken by Higgins Partnership.
