Tower Point Re-Cladding Scheme
As part of the Building Safety Fund Playle Partners LLP have worked with Clarion Housing Group and Lawtech Construction to undertake the dismantle and removal of the external wall cladding, insulation and replacement with new façade materials, insulation, cavity barriers and components to achieve an EWS1 Form.

Undertaken as a Design and Build project Lawtech Construction prepared all designs, sought planning approval, and submitted Building Control Applications. The EWS1 Form has been prepared and issued by a specialist Fire safety expert Fraignuex. The scheme was very successful being completed in 56 weeks and within the original contract sum value.
Following the success of this scheme Playle & Partners are now working with Clarion Housing Group on further schemes including major cladding and balcony replacement works at Orchard Village in Rainham.
