Last night saw members of Playle & Partners LLP attend the Bexley Business Excellence Awards. Shortlisted for two awards; Best SME and Business Commitment to Education & Skills, we were honoured to have made the finals in these two categories. To our delight, we were commended in the Best SME and outright winners of the Business Commitment to Education & Skills Awards. We are thrilled to have been given an official nod to us as an SME and to win an award (for the second year in a row) that illustrates our commitment to upskilling and educating our people.
Playle & Partners runs a tailored approach to training and development programmes. We offer full sponsorship of initial degrees, Masters and APC programmes. We run in-house CPD sessions and always encourage our staff members to be open about their training needs. The Practice attends local careers fairs and has taken on various school leavers over the years on work placements, some of which have lead to permanent positions. We recognise talent and are always willing to invest in our people.
