Playle & Partners acted as Employer’s Agent on the residential development of 11 apartments and two duplex units. Panorama is a total of thirteen apartments spread over 4 floors all benefiting from balconies and views across Poole Harbour. Lifts to all floors linked directly to the secure underground car park with storage rooms for each unit. All units had contemporary kitchens and bathrooms and were complemented by a very high standard of finishes throughout, together with multi-room sound and vision.
