Outline Description

Appointed as Contract Administrators and Quantity Surveyors for the management of the conversion of a former shop back into a 3 bedroom house. Playle & Partners LLP were Contract Administrators on the project, coordinating a project team of the Architect, Structural Engineer, M&E Consultant, QS, BREEAM consultant and CDM-C. The form of contract used was the JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2011.

The project involved the conversion of a Victorian terrace former shop back into a three bedroom house. The house, which has been designated as affordable housing, was finished to a high standard and the final product was a modern interior with a restored external façade.
