Tresham Children’s Centre, London NW8
A challenging, exciting and rewarding project for City West Homes where Playle & Partners LLP provided Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Clerk of Works services to deliver Westminster City Council a new build four storey Children’s Community Centre. Modular construction was adopted by the Principal Contractor and design considerations were given to the external play areas, external brick cladding, proximity of the London Underground and surrounding residential areas.
