Bush Hill Park Library, London Borough of Enfield
The refurbished Bush Hill Park Library opened in January 2010 with the official opening on 23rd February 2010 where it was renamed The John Jackson Library.
Part of the BIG Lotteryfund's Community Libraries programme, the project comprised the refurbishment, alteration and extension to the library including substantial demolitions, re-roofing and rebuilding of parts of the existing structure. Overall the original late Victorian building has been doubled in size with an enlarged IT / Study Area, plus dedicated PCs in the Teen and Children's Areas, a Community Room and a Music Room for use by the local community. Internal structural alterations include a new kitchen facility, disabled WC and store rooms.

Old Social Services Building, Reigate & Redhill
This conversion of an existing Social Services Building which was not in use, was undertaken to provide accommodation for 2 new council user groups. The project required the creation of new office areas and ancillary space within the existing structure.
The broad range of work required, included the refurbishment of kitchen and toilet areas, new data cabling, upgrading the existing insulation to the building fabric, internal accessibility improvements and general improvements to the accessibility of the building externally and additional security work.
