Sumner Gardens, Sustainable Homes, Croydon
Phase One of this overcrowding initiative by the London Borough of Croydon involves the construction of 41nr, three, four & five bedroom units across 4 sites. Traditional construction with SIP's roof panels. All units are being constructed to an Eco Homes Rating of 'excellent' and utilise 20% renewable energy. The renewables include the following to each house: - wind turbine - solar heated hot water - 4m² photo voltaic cells.
Phase Two of the development, for which we have also been appointed, is currently being developed with 200 units on separate sites, incorporating houses, bungalows and flats proposed during the next year.

Fallowfield Estate, Cambridge
The final part of a £9 million redevelopment programme was completed in April 2009. The last stage consisted of the demolition of 6 houses and the construction of eleven 2 bedroom flats and one adapted wheelchair user house, all designed to be let for affordable rent. The scheme was Housing Corporation funded, achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and incorporated 10% renewable energy.
