Broadmeadow Registered Care Centre, Folkestone, Kent

The construction of a new 40 bed Registered Care Centre, providing care services for older people and people with physical disabilities.

The project which employed timber frame construction, was procured by means of a Two Stage Partnering Route.

We have recently been commissioned by Kent County Council to provide Quantity Surveying services for a proposed two storey extension to this facility to provide Dementia Care Facilities.

Prince Edward, Stisted Hall - Royal Masonic Benevolent Institute

The refurbishment and alteration of listed Grade II* premises and associated stable block to provide a registered care home. New service installations were provided throughout and included new lifts, kitchen equipment, heating plant and specialist equipment appropriate to a modern day care home.  The project also included £100,000 of work providing new water and gas mains across Stisted Golf Course and the surrounding land.
