Petrofac Office Refurbishment, Regent Street, London

Petrofac Engineering Ltd had negotiated additional office space in London, which they wished to fit out. The time constraint was that another division of the company required their space and a rent free period (rental equivalent of £12,000 a week) was negotiated but running from prior to our appointment. We therefore set ourselves an 8 week period to commence and 8 weeks on site.
