Playle & Partners LLP’s role extended to oversee the professional team and contractor on the delivery of a new build Church and Community Centre and the construction of 9 high specification 1-3 bedroom residential units in South Quay, in the shadow of Canary Wharf.
The site, only 5 minutes’ walk from Canary Wharf proved challenging due to pedestrian and vehicular traffic and a compact site.
St Luke’s is the second new Church to be commissioned by the Diocese of London.
