We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join the Building Surveying Team at our Sidcup Office.
We are looking to grow the Building Surveying Team and require a surveyor to join the team during this exciting time in working with new clients on interesting projects.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in building condition surveys, measured surveys, defect analysis and preparation of formal reports; submission of building regulations and planning applications.
Have good working knowledge of scheduling, specification writing, preparation of tender documentation and contracts and be able to undertake the contract administration and Employer’s Agent duties for a variety of projects in different sectors.
Experience of aids and adaptations, party wall matters, DDA audits, auto CAD proficient and CDM regulations would be an advantage.
The candidate will need to hold a relevant degree and working towards obtaining their MRICS
They should have good communication, management and team working skills.
Capable of working on their own initiative
Full clean driving licence and use of their own, road legal, vehicle
Salary packages will be offered to suit the candidates experience.
