The programme of work costs (inclusive of Pre-Contract Services agreement fees and enabling works costs) being:

Parish CofE, Norbury Manor and Howard

Park Hill, St James, Kingsley, Cyprus, Davidson and Rockmount
Having successfully delivered the above programme of works working collaboratively with client and contractor as part of a team and meeting the budgets set, we have been successful in the procurement of the following school work for the London Borough of Croydon:
New 6FE Secondary School – Oasis Academy Arena
This is a co-educational secondary academy including an Autistic Spectrum and Communication Disorders (ASCD) Centre. The work included alterations to the Arena sports facility together with extensive public realm works providing a three court Multi Use
Games Area (MUGA) for the school and new car parking facilities. This is a flagship secondary school for both Oasis Community Learning and the London Borough of Croydon. The school offers students an unparalleled sport and science curriculum and is a lasting legacy for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games teaching 1150 mainstream students between the ages of 11 -19 including 15 spaces for ASCD students.
Follow up secured work by way of tender includes the Primary School Expansion 2016 Programme, comprising expansion of five schools
Stroud Green and Haling Road Primary Schools
Description of Project – Two new 2 FE Primary Schools using Willmott Dixons Senesis Model. The projects have been procured using the SCAPE Framework and the NEC 3 Contract – Design & Build

Timescales and whether the project was delivered on time – Inception November 2012, Completion September 2014.
Arena Schools Project
Description of Project – The project will aim to create a Secondary Academy, with a particular focus on sports and science rooted in the local community, to which local families are confident to send their children.
The Project will develop the existing site to include the education briefed area of 9,241 sq m area and in addition further new- build accommodation will be built for the arena management team. A new Multi- Use Games Area and landscaping improvements close to the Arena tram stop will also be provided and potentially a new all-weather surface.
The existing athletic track will remain in use throughout the proposed development.
The development BREEAM target for the development is Excellent.
A strong relationship with the neighbouring community is a key focus of the project; therefore the architecture and landscape design is welcoming those from the adjoining residential streets and those arriving by tram. The building and grounds will be laid out to facilitate safe out-of-school-hours use by the community.

Parish, Norbury and Howard Primary Schools
Description of Project –
- Parish Church School:-New build and refurbishment works , including provision of eight new classrooms, new main hall, infant reception and administration areas. The new build elements of works included the construction of a new hall, construction of new classroom facilities above existing classroom wings, which are connected via link bridges and a new reception area to the Infant School main entrance. The remodelling and refurbishment elements of works includes refurbishment of existing dining hall facilities, remodelling of existing Infant school offices.
- Norbury Manor School:- The new build elements of work include the construction of new classroom facilities extending from the existing school building. The remodelling and refurbishment elements of works includes refurbishment of existing corridors, toilet facilities and staff facilities. The works include the remodelling of existing Main Hall to provide additional children’s toilets, alterations to the existing Dining Hall kitchen, to provide additional kitchenette and toilets. External works include new hard and soft landscaping works to suit the new classroom extension
- Howard Primary School:- New build extension to the existing primary school, providing 8 classrooms and associated rooms and external areas. Remodelling and
